By using trichios.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. We ship within India only.

2. Products and packaging

We sell packaged food. Photographs, colours and styling on this website are illustrative. The pack, its weight, its ingredients list and its declared MRP are what govern — always read the pack.

Recipes and sourcing are natural and seasonal, so colour, texture and taste vary a little between batches. That is normal in whole-food products and is not a defect.

3. Health

Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition or taking medication, please talk to your doctor before making a change to your diet.

Allergens. Our products contain, and are made in a facility that handles, nuts, seeds, milk products and cereals containing gluten. If you have a food allergy, read the ingredients on the pack before eating. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where an order is paid by UPI or bank transfer, the order is confirmed only when payment reaches us, and an unpaid order is cancelled after 48 hours.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you place the order.

5. When we may decline an order

We may cancel and fully refund an order if:

  • the item is out of stock
  • the price or product description was wrong because of an obvious error
  • your pin code is not serviceable
  • we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or is for resale

6. The Habit Box

The Habit Box is sold as a single product. The combination you choose in the builder is what we pack, and it is recorded on your order and on the packing slip. Individual pouches within a box cannot be exchanged or returned separately after delivery.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Your account and your details

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password to yourself. An incorrect address or phone number is the most common cause of a failed delivery, and re-dispatch is charged at cost.

9. Our content

The Trichios name, logo, packaging design, photographs and copy on this site belong to TRICHIOS FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and anything you post

If you post a review or send us a photograph, you keep ownership of it and you give us permission to display it on our website and social media with your first name. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption, strikes, natural events, or government restrictions.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
